Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime – You can cancel your subscription or pay-as-you-go plan at any time via your account dashboard.

No Refunds for Used Services – Charges for the current billing cycle and any processed API requests are non-refundable.

Refunds Issued Only If

  • Our servers fail for more than 48 consecutive hours during a paid period.
  • We fail to meet our 99.5% uptime SLA due to our fault.
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors occur.

Free Trials – No charges until your trial quota or trial period ends. Refunds are not applicable to free trials.

Non-Refundable Items – Setup/customization fees, extra integrations, and overage charges beyond your plan quota.
